These terms apply whenever you use the Rasoi2Rasoi website to browse or order our products. By placing an order with us, you agree to them.

Our products

Our ghee, coconut oil, honey, and cashews are made in small batches by hand, so appearance, texture, and exact weight can vary slightly from batch to batch - this is normal and not a defect. Products are subject to availability; if something you've ordered runs out, we'll let you know.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details (password and/or access to your phone/email for one-time passcodes) secure, and for the accuracy of the name, address, and contact details you give us - we deliver to what you provide.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in INR at checkout and may change over time. Any discount tied to your account is applied automatically. We currently accept payment by UPI only - you pay via the QR code or UPI ID shown at checkout, then confirm the payment on our site and verify it with a one-time passcode. Your order is confirmed once payment is verified.

Delivery

You choose a delivery date and time slot at checkout, within the dates we make available. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees - occasionally weather, logistics, or supply can push a delivery later than planned, and we'll keep you posted if that happens.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

You can cancel an order before it's out for delivery by contacting us or, if you're signed in, through your order history. Because our products are perishable food made to order, we're generally unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered - the exception is if an item arrives damaged, spoiled, or different from what you ordered. Let us know within 48 hours of delivery with a photo where possible, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.

Acceptable use

Please don't use this site to place fraudulent orders, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours.

Limitation of liability

We aim to get every order right, but to the extent permitted by law, Rasoi2Rasoi isn't liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from delayed delivery or product issues beyond what's covered under "Cancellations, returns and refunds" above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
