Information we collect

• Account details - your name, phone number, email address, and a password if you choose to set one (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text).
• Delivery details - your shipping address, society/building, city, and pincode.
• Order information - the products you order, order and delivery history, and the status of your payment.
• Google account info - if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and Google account ID from Google to create or match your account.
• Support requests - anything you tell us when you raise a support ticket or contact us directly.
• Cookies - a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and a cart cookie that remembers items you've added before you sign in.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• Process, confirm, and deliver your orders
• Send one-time passcodes to verify your login or a payment you've made
• Respond to support requests and order-related questions
• Send order confirmations, delivery updates, and account emails
• Improve our products, catalog, and website

We don't sell your personal information to anyone.

Payments

We accept payment by UPI. You pay by scanning a QR code or paying to our UPI ID directly through your own banking or payment app - we never see or store your card number, bank account details, or UPI PIN. You confirm the payment on our site and it's verified with a one-time passcode.

Sharing with third parties

We share the minimum information needed with a small number of service providers who help us run the site - for example, Google (if you use Google Sign-In) and our email provider (to send order and account emails). We don't share your information with anyone else except where required by law.

Data retention

We keep your account and order information for as long as your account is active, and afterwards for as long as needed to meet our legal, accounting, and business record-keeping requirements.

Your rights

You can review and update most of your account details from your profile page. To request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account, contact us and we'll help.

Children's privacy

Our site is intended for adults placing household orders. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
